People, organisation and employment decisions informed by technology
Usoarit is a human resources consultancy specialising in technology companies. It works from Galicia with organisations across Spain.
What Usoarit is
Usoarit helps technology companies organise and manage their people function: from filling a technical vacancy to designing processes, policies and indicators, or taking on HR leadership when an in-house department does not yet exist.
Specialisation in the technology sector matters because a departure does not always create just a vacancy. It can take away knowledge of an architecture, a customer or a critical capability that depended on one person. The consultancy starts from this organisational and technical context.
Antonio Cebreiro Bernárdez co-founded Usoarit with Anxo Pereira Fernández and Victoria Melissa Toledo Luna. ACBSEC is his cybersecurity consulting practice; Usoarit is their joint venture specialising in human resources for technology companies.

How it works
Usoarit organises engagements in three phases and links every proposal to an indicator agreed in advance:
- Diagnosis. Measure the starting point: departures, vacancies, critical capabilities and the organisational situation.
- Plan. Define what will be done, in what order, with which objective, deadline and price.
- Delivery and measurement. Implement alongside the team and compare the final result with the baseline.
The proposal is not limited to delivering a report: it aims to give every action an owner, a date and a specific way to verify progress.
